Shazaam! Real Life Before & After Chris Aceto
Q. Pullen Sometimes bodybuilders with all the potential in the world fail to fulfill
what has been gifted to them. Case in point: Q Pullen. This California resident
has been fairly successful in the past in competition, though he and many others
often commented, “If he gets it completely together, watch out.”
This year, many saw this heavyweight’s true potential. Under the guidance
of Chris Aceto, Q was able to move from 263 pounds to a contest ripped and full
212 in less than 4 months. Throw in stellar hardcore training with Charles Glass
and you have a mini-version of Flex Wheeler. A silly Taper from round and wide
shoulders down to a miniscule midsection. Though the ever improving Pullen just
missed winning his class at the 2003 California State Bodybuilding Championships,
many thought he could have pulled it off. The show was that close. With his
vastly improved physique, Q is looking forward to next year. If he can continue
to improve and bring up his lower body, the titles are going to begin to come.
Matt Cleary If you make a search for the word “determination” on the web, don’t
be surprised if you find a picture of Alberta Canada’s mammoth Matt Cleary.
That’s because this super heavyweight peeled off an astonishing 100 plus
pounds in 20 weeks with the personal services and coaching of Chris Aceto. Big
Matt made the rookie mistake of bulking up – trying to get as big as possible.
When he realized a lot of his new found mass was body fat, he enlisted Chris
to help him peak for his 2 spring 2003 shows in which he placed 3rd in the first
event. The changes he made were nothing short of crazy. “I never lost
strength when I was working with Chris and I felt drastically better than the
year before when I tried getting ready under the tutelage of another trainer.”
This time around, Matt’s set on staying leaner and anticipates even greater
gains this coming year. |
